Who we are
This privacy policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the Shuttle Croatia website. For privacy questions or to make a request about your data, please use the contact details on our Contact page.
What we collect
The website is currently informational and does not accept bookings or payments, so we do not collect booking details, passenger information or payment data through it.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send (typically your name, email address and the content of your message) and use it only to respond to you.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used; it sets cookies and sends usage data to Google as our processor, which may transfer it outside the EU under its own safeguards. See our Cookie notice for details and how to opt out.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses strictly necessary cookies to function and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. We do not run advertising or cross-site ad tracking. Our Cookie notice explains each cookie and how to opt out.
How we use and share data
We use the limited data described above to operate and improve the site and to reply to enquiries. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting and analytics providers (including Google) acting on our behalf, and may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and server logs for a limited period as part of normal operation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops, for example when online booking is introduced. The version published on this page is the one that currently applies.
