Zadar

Zadar packs an airport, a ferry port and a peninsula old town into a small area — and moving between them with luggage is exactly where public transport gets awkward. City buses don't run on a tourist's schedule, the airport shuttle only meets selected flights, and taxis vary from honest to eye-watering depending on the day. A private transfer is the simple version: one fixed price, a driver who knows the city, and a car that takes you from door to door.

Getting to and from Zadar

Most arrivals come through Zadar Airport, about 8 km from the centre, or off a ferry at the Gaženica port roughly 3 km from the old town — both short, fixed-price transfers with us. From Zadar we also run longer routes along the coast: south to Šibenik and Split, north to the Kvarner towns, and inland for day trips to Plitvice and Krka. Wherever you're headed, the driver helps with your bags and drops you at the address you give us, not at a bus stop.

Pickups at the airport include flight tracking and a meet & greet in arrivals; pickups at the ferry port are timed around your sailing. The price is agreed before you travel and paid by card, with a clear cancellation policy shown up front.

About Zadar

Zadar is one of Dalmatia's oldest cities, set on a slim peninsula of Roman and Venetian streets ringed by the sea. It's known for the Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation on the waterfront, the Roman Forum, the round church of St Donatus and a famously good sunset. Beyond the walls it's a practical base for the region: the Kornati islands and Dugi Otok by boat, Paklenica for hiking, and the lakes of Plitvice and Krka within day-trip reach. That mix of history in town and nature close by is why so many trips start with a transfer into Zadar.
