Baška Voda

Private transfers from Split Airport to Baška Voda, a Makarska Riviera beach resort beneath Biokovo. Door-to-door, fixed price, meet & greet.

Reaching Baška Voda, one of the prettiest beach resorts on the Makarska Riviera, almost always begins at Split Airport, and the stretch of coast road that follows can be slow going with bags in hand. The seasonal coastal buses fill up quickly in summer, run on their own timetable rather than yours, and leave you on the main road well short of your apartment or hotel. After a flight, a long Riviera run with luggage is the last thing anyone wants. A pre-booked private transfer takes that worry away entirely, carrying you door-to-door from the terminal to your accommodation.

Getting to and from Baška Voda

Split Airport is the nearest airport to Baška Voda and the natural gateway for the southern Riviera. With a transfer booked in advance, a driver tracks your flight, meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, helps with your luggage and walks you to a reserved vehicle. The price is fixed and agreed up front, payable by card, so there are no taxi queues, no haggling and no surprises after a long journey. You simply arrive and settle in.

Baška Voda sits within easy reach of the wider region, and the same door-to-door service connects it to Split and its old town, to Trogir near the airport, along the rest of the Makarska Riviera through Brela, Makarska and beyond, and to the ferry ports that link the mainland to the islands. Whether you are arriving for a week by the sea or moving on to catch a boat, a private car makes the connection smooth and predictable from the very first kilometre.

About Baška Voda

Baška Voda lies on the Makarska Riviera in Central Dalmatia, a ribbon of resorts strung along the coast directly beneath the great limestone wall of the Biokovo mountain. The setting is the draw here: clear water and long pebble beaches on one side, the dramatic grey ridge of Biokovo rising sharply on the other. It grew from a small fishing and seafaring village into a relaxed holiday town, and it has kept a friendly, walkable character around its harbour and seafront promenade.

The town is known above all for its beaches and its easygoing pace, with palm-lined waterfront paths, cafés and a marina that fills with small boats in season. It makes a comfortable base for exploring the Riviera and the slopes of Biokovo behind it, while still feeling like a proper Dalmatian coastal town rather than a purpose-built resort.
