Lovran

Lovran is a graceful little town on the Opatija riviera, tucked beneath the slopes of Učka, and arriving with luggage after a flight can be more awkward than it ought to be. The nearest airport is Rijeka's, which lies out on the island of Krk and is reached over the Krk Bridge by road — there is no ferry. Connecting buses are sparse and seasonal, so the cleanest way to begin a stay is a pre-booked private transfer that runs from arrivals to your door at a price agreed beforehand.

Getting to and from Lovran

From Rijeka Airport we cross the Krk Bridge and follow the coast through Opatija and along the riviera into Lovran — entirely by road, with no ferry. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall, helps with the bags and takes you to the door of your hotel or villa. The fare is fixed in advance and settled by card, so there is no meter to watch and no taxi rank to join. Flight tracking means a delayed or early landing is already covered, and the driver adjusts to when you actually touch down.

Lovran sits at the heart of the Opatija riviera, so we readily connect it with Opatija itself and the neighbouring resorts of Ičići and Volosko, as well as with Mošćenička Draga further south and with Rijeka. For guests whose flights point elsewhere, Pula and Zagreb work well as alternative arrival airports, and we transfer from both — simply choose the most convenient flight and we will quote a single, all-in price.
