Stinica is a small ferry slip on the rugged Velebit coast, and although the crossing from here is short, the boats still run to a fixed schedule. Miss one and you wait; try to reach this remote stretch of shore by public transport and you will find almost nothing. Getting to and from Stinica

The nearest gateways are Zadar Airport to the south and Rijeka Airport to the north, and we run flight-to-ferry and ferry-to-airport connections planned around your crossing. Flying in to catch the boat, we track your flight and allow time for the coastal drive; arriving from the island, the driver meets you at the slip, takes the luggage and carries on to your destination. It is all door-to-door.

From Stinica we connect to Zadar and Rijeka airports, the coastal towns of the Velebit Riviera and onward along the coast or inland if you are linking a longer trip. About Stinica

Stinica is a ferry point on the mainland shore beneath the Velebit mountain, on the stretch of coast facing the island of Rab. It is essentially a loading slip rather than a town, serving the short car-ferry crossing over to Rab — one of the most direct routes onto that island. The surroundings are dramatic but remote, with little in the way of services, so arranging your pickup or drop-off in advance is by far the most reliable way to make the connection.
