Quick answers about how the service works.
How long does the booking take?
About two minutes. Enter pickup, dropoff, date and passenger count, pick a vehicle, pay by card. You get a confirmation number on the next screen and a copy by email.
How do I pay?
Online by card at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not ask for bank transfer or cash on arrival.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks the flight in real time and adjusts the pickup. There is no extra fee for normal delays.
How does the driver find me at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. You can also call or message them on the contact number sent in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Email us and we will take care of it. Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Inside 48 hours, or to change a trip, email us anyway and we will do what we can with the driver. There is no cancel button: a real person confirms every change with your driver.
Do you serve places outside the big cities?
We cover the whole Adriatic coast and most inland destinations. If the address is outside our service area, the booking form will tell you and you can request a manual quote.
Do I get a proper invoice for my company?
Yes. You receive a fiscal invoice (Croatian eRačun) by email after the transfer is completed.
